At first it was small items, such as cleaning and raking leaves, then over time, he was doing minor projects in their homes like sanding and polishing floors, painting, insulating, small repairs. Not before long, Kevin had a full schedule doing work for people in the neighborhood that consumed all his time outside of school. At age 16, he started working for the largest roofing company in NY and was quickly promoted to second foreman. Within 2 years, at age 18, Kevin ventured out on his own and was known as KNS Home Improvements. His largest contract at the time was replacing old windows throughout the city with the NEW insulated glass windows for the city of NY. At age 21, Kevin moved to South Jersey and has been serving the Cape, Atlantic Cumberland regions since 1986.
